Appellants, Sylvia Bean, Evelyn Habel, and Suella Newell, sued appellee, Baxter Healthcare Corporation ("Baxter"), for failing to warn them of the dangers of their silicone breast implants. The jury assessed no liability against appellees. In two points of error, appellants contend the trial court erred in excluding a videotape of Newells implant removal surgery and improperly charged the jury regarding the learned intermediary doctrine. We affirm.
